You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “chscollegecenter.org” is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that “chscollegecenter.org” have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, neither “chscollegecenter.org” nor phpBB shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
As soon as you click the Submit button and agree to these terms you also give the Administrator the righ to delete, ban or modify your account if any information is false in the profile. This means if you lie about your name or email address we have the right to revoke your membership at any point in time. If you believe that your membership has been revoked for a false reason you may contact your administrator immediately and communicate with them about the issue. If anything of your profile information changes over time please update it so that we can verify everything and anything at any given point in time. By clicking submit you verify that you are a Chatsworth High School Student. If you are found not to be banned you will immediately be banned and possible further actions will be taken. This forum is meant for Chatsworth High School Studnets and Alumni only. The Alumni Program for the website will be activated for Students who graduate in the school year 2009-2010 and will continue thereafter.
